2025 Sept Fundraiser

Thank you for choosing to participate in our fundraiser  2025  for Save the Street Dogs of Chinsurah in Hooghly District of Kolkata, India.

This fundraiser is for the expenses below:

1. A dog was brutally hit by train recently. After getting call we arranged doctor visit there for instant spot treatment. But railways authority let the do go. After 6 hrs search we found the poor dog with broken leg and rescued it.  Condition was very critical. Seeing that he needed surgery immediately for leg amputation.  Cost surgery 3500 INR ($39.00)

2.Car charge to shelter and Meds for severe TVT which is a contagious cancer that affects dogs, primarily through sexual contact. It is also known as Sticker's sarcoma, venereal granuloma, and infectious venereal tumor. 
 

3. Treatment for Babesia expensive  -  udiliv-  costs 700 almost per file and 2 files per dog. Babesia canis is a parasite that infects red blood cells and can lead to anemia. It is transmitted by the brown dog tick and is one of the most common piroplasm infection.
